Trisha said walking the ramp in Sidney Sladen’s Summer Spring 2008 fashion show was very nostalgic. It is natural, as this beautiful live wire girl was a model before she became an actress. She said her modelling days flashed in front of her when she walked the ramp. Even when talking about this event, she had a glint in her eyes and a gaze that suggested recollection of a beautiful past.
She said that she found acting easier than catwalk on the ramps. She jokingly said that looking good on screen and running around the trees was much easier than modelling, explaining that while working in a film, there is room for having fun on the sets and errors can be corrected in the next take. But while walking the ramp, there is no room for error as it is live and there are no retakes. Further, the mood of the audience is different from that of the film audience; the connoisseurs of fashion are very attentive and will not tolerate flaws in presentation, which adds to the thrill.
She said she felt a little nervous when she started to walk the ramp in Sidney's fashion show, but later overcame it. She added that it was difficult to overcome the nostalgic feelings; in fact, she was holding back her tears at one point
