Trisha in race to act with kamalhasan

It is speculated that Trisha is leading the race for Kamal’s lead lady for the next KSR flick. But when a reality check was done on this, Trisha said that she has absolutely no clue about her being in the race. “If it happens, I would be the happiest person on planet earth,” Trisha was quoted as saying. “I am waiting for Kamal to call me with the news,” she added.

Trisha was earlier said to star in Kamal’s mammoth project Marmayogi which was later shelved owing to financial reasons. For Marmayogi, Trisha also reportedly learnt to play the Tamil martial art Silambam, apart from taking a course on the pronunciation of ancient Tamil.

Trisha back to work

After a long holiday in the US, Trisha is back to work.We hear that the pretty actress is currently shooting the final montage song (Aaromale…) for Gautham Menon’s Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya in Alleppey in the backwaters of Kerala – the director’s favourite song sequence location.

During her break, we understand that Trisha went to Universal Studios, Hollywood’s theme park in LA, California. Before leaving for the one-week Alleppey shoot, Trisha held a show of her Sankranthi hit Telugu film Namo Venkatesha for relatives and friends in Chennai.

The year has started positively for the young actress, even as she gets ready to do a once-in-a- lifetime role with none other than her childhood hero Kamal Haasan in the Udayanidhi Stalin-produced Yavarum Kaelir, which will start rolling from March. The movie will be directed by K S Ravikumar, who also did Dasavatharam.

Trisha no to Bikini

Trisha again reiterated her no bikini stand as a matter she claims that it is no big deal to wear a bikini if one has the right figure. In a way she is also confidently saying that she does not have an hour glass figure to wear a bikini.

The actress is now in the bikini zone with Bollywood films and so there is definite pressure on her to wear a bikini, but the actress is reluctant. In Bollywood the top heroines like Kareena and Deepika don’t bat an eye lid wearing a bikini and so Trisha’s stand is unique.

Trisha has also expressed that she would now like to do an art film if given an opportunity.

Trisha rewarding in Tollywood

There is no way Trisha could say NO to Tollywood. Despite the Bollywood debut and a plethora of films in Tamil, the actress is doing a film with Ravi Teja in Telugu. The reasons for this are apparent. Trisha is paid very highly in Tollywood and so she finds it highly rewarding doing Tollywood film.If reports are to be believed then she gets paid upward of Rs70lac per film.
The new untitled film has Gopichand Malineni directing it with Mani Sharma scoring the music. Srihari is doing a special role in this film and the shooting for the film has started on the 25th of January.Let us wish that the film does well at the box office!
